Our bridge bearings are manufactured with the best quality neoprene. Certified expansion joints are also available.
Everest bridge bearings are generally made of alternating layers of Neoprene and steel sheets or alternatively, only Neoprene made by vulcanization process.
The steel sheets are completely incorporated into the elastomer and are therefore protected from external agents and corrosion. This choice of materials depends on the need to deform elastically in the horizontal plane and to resist vertical loads.
The total height of the rubber, as the sum of the individual layers, profoundly affects the relative displacement capacity between the connected elements. Generally, bearings are rectangular or circular in shape and are capable of deforming in all directions in the horizontal plane.
Everest cuenta con un laboratorio completo certificado por la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes al igual que prensas para verificar la compresión permanente de los apoyos y máquinas especialmente diseñadas para verificar el Móldulo G del apoyo para puente.
WE HAVE THE CAPACITY TO MANUFACTURE BEARINGS UP TO 1.20MTS X 1.20MTS.
